Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of 15+ Data Engineering, DBA, BI, and Production Support professionals, driving technical excellence and team development.

Oversee enterprise data platforms built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure, SQL Server, and contemporary data integration technologies.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, and Data Integration solutions.

- Ensure 24x7 production support, SLA compliance, incident management, and high availability of enterprise data platforms.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), major incident management, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce MTTR.

- Establish data governance, security, audit compliance, coding standards, and deployment best practices across the organization.

- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, CI/CD,



and modernization initiatives using Python, DBT, and Dagster.

- Optimize SQL performance, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms while ensuring operational stability and scalability.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, project delivery, and expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Engineering, Database Administration, Production Support, and Data Governance.
