Role Description The Data Analyst is a full time remote role responsible for collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis. Daily tasks include building and maintaining dashboards, generating recurring and ad hoc reports, and performing exploratory analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate them into measurable metrics, and present findings in clear, concise formats. They will validate data quality, document methodologies, and help design and refine data models that improve accessibility and reliability of information. The role also involves recommending data-driven improvements to processes, monitoring key performance indicators,



and supporting teams in interpreting and using the insights provided.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics for interpreting data and validating results.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should possess experience with Data Modeling to structure and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Candidates should possess experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and quality checks.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Relevant education such as a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Experience with programming languages for analysis (e.g., Python or R) and familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are beneficial.
