Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and working with large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

- Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for management.

- Perform data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting.

- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

- Collaborate with business, HR, finance, operations, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.





- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a explicit and concise manner.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of

SQL

- Experience with

Microsoft Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).

- Hands-on experience with

Power BI

Tableau

, or similar reporting tools.

- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard development.

- Understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data validation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

- Experience with CRM, ERP, ATS, or HRMS data is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
