Role Description The Data Analyst role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various internal systems and external sources, and building reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics that impact operations, sales, and inventory.

The Data

Analyst will perform statistical analysis, identify trends and patterns in diamond and jewelry data, and develop data models to support forecasting, pricing, and supply chain planning.



This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks, communicate insights in a clear and accessible way, and recommend actionable improvements. The position also involves documenting data processes, maintaining data quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics tools and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and a solid understanding of quantitative analysis methods.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills, including building and maintaining structured data models for reporting and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with inventory, retail, or manufacturing data sets is an advantage, especially in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
