Hiring: Data Analyst (Business Planning & Operations)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and support business planning, sales analytics, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create and maintain dashboards for management reporting and decision-making

✅ Automate daily/weekly tasks using Excel and Google Sheets

✅ Support sales forecasting, planning, and consolidation of sales plans from multiple teams

✅ Analyze market share data and prepare insightful presentations/reports

✅ Generate actionable business insights through data analysis

Required Skills

- Strong Excel skills (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA preferred)
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets automation
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into business insights

Experience: 4-7 years (adaptable based on candidate quality)
