Role: Data Analyst

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in a quantitative discipline from a reputable institution

Right Candidate

We're looking for a passionate Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for uncovering patterns and translating them into scalable, reusable solutions. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership, executes with attention to detail, and is committed to ensuring our data is as reliable as the insights it powers.

Technical Skills Required

- SQL (Must Have): Strong command over SQL and database management.
- Python (Must Have): Expert level proficiency for data processing and automation.
- MS Excel (Must Have): Advanced Excel skills for data analysis,



reporting and visualization.
- ML Model Development (Valuable to Have): Understanding of basic classification models and the fundamentals of machine learning.
- Statistical Concepts (Good to Have): Familiarity with statistical measures, index construction, volatility analysis, and interpreting business metrics.
- Linux (Good to Have): Familiarity with the Linux command line and basic scripting.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop and refine basic classification models and analytical techniques to solve business problems.
- Design and implement algorithms that contribute to core product metrics and scoring methodologies.
- Continuously evaluate, validate, and improve existing models, algorithms, and metrics to enhance accuracy and performance.
