- Define, track, and optimize key product and business metrics.
- Monitor product/feature performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data-driven insights to support product strategy and decision-making.
Experimentation & User Behavior Analysis
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
- Analyze user behavior through segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and trend identification.
- Become the domain expert for assigned product areas, developing a deep understanding of user journeys and engagement patterns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Influence product decisions through actionable insights and analytical recommendations.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive business and product outcomes.
Data Quality & Analytics Governance
- Review analytics implementation and event tracking to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Validate tracking frameworks,
event tagging, and reporting standards across products.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Proven ability to structure analyses, solve business problems, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders using data.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, event tracking, and tagging implementations.
- Hands-on experience with user behavior analytics, including:
- Segmentation Analysis
- Cohort Analysis
- Funnel Analysis
- Trend Analysis
- Experimentation & A/B Testing
