Role: Data Analyst

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in a quantitative discipline from a reputable institution Right Candidate

We're looking for a passionate Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for uncovering patterns and translating them into scalable, reusable solutions. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership, executes with attention to detail, and is committed to ensuring our data is as reliable as the insights it powers.

Technical Skills

Required SQL (Must Have): Strong command over SQL and database management.

Python (Must Have): Expert level proficiency for data processing and automation.

MS Excel (Must Have): Advanced Excel skills for data analysis,



reporting and visualization.

ML Model Development (Good to Have): Understanding of basic classification models and the fundamentals of machine learning.

Statistical Concepts (Good to Have): Familiarity with statistical measures, index construction, volatility analysis, and interpreting business metrics.

Linux (Good to Have): Familiarity with the Linux command line and basic scripting.

Key Responsibilities Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.

Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Develop and refine basic classification models and analytical techniques to solve business problems.

Design and implement algorithms that contribute to core product metrics and scoring methodologies.
