Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience in Python and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. The candidate should have strong SQL querying skills, experience in data manipulation using Python, and the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Use Python to automate data processing, perform data analysis, and develop ETL scripts.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.




- Perform data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Document data processes, business rules, and technical specifications.
- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Solid knowledge of SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Positive understanding of database design and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
