3. Understanding of D365 Retail POS functions
4. Proficient with creating test results
5. Proficient on working with test and bug tracking tools like Service now, DevOps etc
6. Hands-on experience with testing, identifying and raising bugs
7. Positive communication skills
8. Should be able to present overall test results and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders
9. 10+ yrs of relevant experience
