Role Description The Cybersecurity Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training programs to students and working professionals, with a focus on practical skills and current cybersecurity trends. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating course materials, preparing hands-on labs and real-world scenarios, teaching sessions, mentoring learners, and assessing performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations. The Instructor will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with hackathons, hiring campaigns, and innovation initiatives hosted on the platform,



and may contribute to curriculum development for partner institutions and organizations.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular classroom instruction, workshops, and in-person support for learners.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to teach core concepts and best practices effectively.

Hands-on skills in Network Security and Application Security, including configuration, testing, and securing systems and applications.

Practical experience in Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response, preferably with exposure to real-world cases.

Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or mentor in cybersecurity or related technical fields, with clear and structured communication skills.

Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent are highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.

Ability to design hands-on labs, projects, and assessments; familiarity with common security tools, frameworks, and operating systems.

Collaborative mindset, strong presentation skills, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered instruction.
