Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Plan, Schedule and coordinate changes.

2. Oversee and manage the change management process, ensuring minimal disruption to the Business and project delivery

3. Ensure all the stakeholders are informed about the upcoming changes and any potential impacts.

4. Develop comprehensive records in the customer ITSM tool for changes including objectives, risks and outcomes.

5. Manage the complete lifecycle for all changes during the project delivery, ensuring proper authorization is obtained.

6. Coordinate with change owners to ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and validated before implementation

7. Track and report on changes metrics, escalate issues through the appropriate channels.

8. Coordinate with change owners to ensure the risks associated with the proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies before the implementation of changes.

Required Technical Skill Set:

- Proficiency in change management, ITIL frameworks and Incident handling.




- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate change activities with project timelines.
- Understanding of organizational culture to tailor change initiatives for maximum impact and acceptance.
- Proficiency with team-oriented project management tools like JIRA or similar
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Competencies (Technical / Behavioural Competency):

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5):

- Knowledge of Cybersecurity/ IT and sound knowledge ITSM tools, such as BMC Remedy.
- Knowledge of change management processes and best practices
- Extensive problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required.

Good-to-Have:

- Certified in CCMP, ITIL, CSM. PSM.
- Experience of working with diverse teams and is a team player.
