Role Description The Cybersecurity Admissions & Growth Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Tirur. The consultant will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, provide detailed information about cybersecurity programs, and help them choose training paths that match their career goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations via phone and in person, managing admissions follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



The role involves coordinating and promoting events such as seminars, workshops, and outreach activities, as well as collaborating with marketing teams to drive enrollment growth. The consultant will build strong relationships with students, parents, and partners, track enrollment metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of admissions and growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Sales to drive admissions and meet growth targets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning to organize seminars, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and learner data effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical programs in clear, accessible language.
- Prior experience in education consulting, admissions, or training sector sales is highly beneficial.
- Interest in or basic understanding of cybersecurity domains and career paths is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirur, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
