Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization's information security program across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Implement, administer, and monitor cybersecurity solutions including Email Security, MDM, EDR/XDR, IAM, Endpoint Security, and Application Security.

- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and ensure timely remediation.

- Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with RBI, NHB, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead security incident detection, investigation, response, and recovery activities.

- Drive security governance, audit compliance, VAPT closure, and regulatory reporting.

- Manage security monitoring, SOC operations, and security automation initiatives.

- Conduct third-party/vendor security assessments and ensure compliance with security requirements.

- Build security awareness through employee training and phishing simulation programs.

- Present cybersecurity risks, strategy, and investment proposals to senior management and leadership.

- Define security KPIs, prepare management reports, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.

- Lead a small security team and collaborate with IT, business,



auditors, and external partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Microsoft/AWS/Azure Security certifications preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in Information/Cyber Security, with experience in BFSI/NBFC/Housing Finance preferred.

- Robust hands-on expertise in Email Security, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, MDM, IAM, Application Security, SIEM, Cloud Security, and Incident Response.

- Experience implementing enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Good understanding of RBI Master Directions, NHB guidelines, ISO 27001, ITGC, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience managing security audits, VAPT, risk assessments, and remediation programs.

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to engage with CXOs, auditors, regulators, and technology teams while driving security transformation initiatives.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling critical cyber incidents in a fast-paced environment.
