Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The instructor will design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions on core cybersecurity domains, including network, application, and information security. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and lab exercises, teaching cohorts of learners, evaluating assignments, and providing individualized feedback and mentorship.

The role involves staying current with emerging threats and tools, integrating real-world case studies into the curriculum, and contributing to hackathon-oriented and project-based learning experiences.



The instructor will collaborate with internal teams to align course content with industry requirements and support learner success in job placements and innovation programs.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts clearly.

Hands-on skills in Network Security and Application Security, including secure architectures, protocols, and secure coding practices.

Experience with Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response methodologies.

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical subjects, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with common cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM solutions, vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, penetration testing tools).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, Security+) are an advantage.

Ability to design hands-on labs, assessments, and projects that simulate real-world scenarios, and to support learners from diverse backgrounds.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on current cyber threats and best practices.
