Role Overview :

As a Cybersecurity Expert, you will serve as the primary guardian of our digital infrastructure, protecting sensitive client data and proprietary systems from evolving global threats. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to embed security protocols into our development lifecycle and cloud architecture. Your work will directly influence the trust our clients place in our platforms, ensuring that our international operations remain resilient, compliant, and secure against unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust security frameworks to protect our cloud-based immigration platforms from unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate potential security gaps in our network and application layers.
- Manage and optimize Security Operations Center (SOC) activities to ensure real-time monitoring, threat detection, and incident response across our global infrastructure.
- Oversee identity and access management protocols to ensure that sensitive user data is accessible only to authorized personnel, maintaining strict compliance with international data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle,



minimizing risks during product deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a security threat or system compromise.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in securing cloud environments and complex network architectures, with a focus on mitigating risks in distributed systems.
- Proven ability to perform deep-dive vulnerability assessments and translate technical findings into actionable security improvements for stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in managing Identity Management systems and implementing zero-trust security models within a global enterprise workplace.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical leadership and influence security-first decision-making.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to manage security operations independently in a remote or distributed work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, supported by 3 to 11 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of international immigration services, where data integrity and confidentiality are paramount.
