Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

CVP (Customer Voice Portal) Developer to design, develop, and maintain

IVR solutions using

Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal)

. The ideal candidate should have experience in call flow design, voice application development, integration with backend systems, and telephony protocols

.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using Cisco CVP and related technologies.

- Implement call routing, voice recognition, and self-service automation.

- Develop and maintain CVP call flows, VXML applications, and Studio scripts.

- Integrate CVP solutions with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) or UCCX.

- Work with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.

- Integrate IVR applications with databases, web services, CRM, and third-party APIs.

- Optimize call flows for efficiency, performance, and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CVP-related issues, including call quality and latency.

- Work with SIP, VoIP protocols, CTI, and telephony systems.

- Stay updated with Cisco CVP advancements, best practices, and emerging IVR technologies.

Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in IVR development with Cisco CVP.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, VXML, VoiceXML, and SSML.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco UCCE/UCCX, SIP, RTP, VoIP, and telephony protocols.

- Experience with Nuance or Google Speech for ASR/TTS integration.

- Familiarity with cloud-based IVR solutions and AI-driven voice automation.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

- Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification is a plus.

- Experience with AI-driven voice bots and NLP-based IVR interactions.

- Knowledge of IVR security best practices and compliance standards.
