- CTC: ₹18,000/month
- In-hand: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000/month

⏰ Shift: Rotational

? Working Days: 6 days a week

? Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively

✔ Assist customers with refunds, replacements, or repairs based on product type and issue

✔ Deliver accurate and timely resolutions with a customer-first approach

✔ Maintain call quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction

✔ Follow SOPs while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores

? Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

? Skills Required:

✨ Excellent Gujarati communication skills (must-have)

✨ Good English (verbal understanding & speaking)





✨ Basic computer knowledge

? Processor: Core i5, 8th Gen or above

? RAM: Minimum 8 GB

? OS: Windows 10 or above

? Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps (Upload & Download)

? Power Backup: UPS/Inverter for system & light

? Webcam mandatory

? Ability to install EDR software

? Assessment Criteria:

? Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

? Versant Score: 3 or above

? AMPI Scores:

- Agreeableness: 20
- Conscientiousness: 14
