Role & responsibilities :
Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including government agencies,educational institutions,previous employers, and vendors across different regions to obtain verification.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as Client Relationship Management and Applicant Assist, to ensure timely follow-ups and complete case requirements.
Research & Analysis: Stay updated on global operations requirements and best practices.
Reporting: Create crucial reports for clients, maintaining detailed status notes and inventory health within manual trackers and internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Experience: Candidates may range from freshers to individuals with up to 5 years of experience.
Background: Previous experience in operations, compliance, or credential evaluation is beneficial but not required for entry-level applicants.
Essential Skills & Competencies :
Excellent Written & Spoken English: This is the primary requirement for the role. You must be able to communicate exceptionally well and professionally, with a specific focus on writing clear, and error-free messages.
Detail Orientation: A solid "eye for detail" to proactively identify minor discrepancies or errors in documentation and data.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze information from various sources and synthesize it into coherent, professional reports.
Adaptability: The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks,
and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Calling Profile: Comfortable making outbound or inbound professional calls to different applicants/clients and sources as needed.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computers, working across multiple screens, and navigating internal tools etc.
