Job Responsibilities

Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations.

Eligibility

JLPT N2 certification is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.

Prior experience in customer support is preferred; qualified freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Strong problem-solving, interpersonal,



and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
