International Voice Process Representative (Global HR Support)

We are hiring International Voice Process Representatives to support global clients in a rapid-paced HR support environment. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

- Handle voice-based interactions with international customers

- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality

- Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution

- Participate in training and consistently meet performance metrics

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate

- Experience:



Minimum 6 months in HR Support process or International customer support or voice process

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

- Willingness to work in a global, performance-driven environment
