Job Responsibilities
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support professional to help our clients succeed with KanakuNote. You'll be the first point of contact for thousands of users, providing timely and helpful support through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Your Role Will Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide product training and guidance to customers
- Document issues and maintain knowledge base articles
- Identify and escalate complex issues to technical team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Required Qualifications We're looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of customer support or similar experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong proficiency with CRM or support ticketing systems
- Patience and empathy for customer issues
- Quick problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing is a plus
