Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International E-Commerce (Voice Process)

Experience Required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or Customer Support.
- Prior experience in an International E-Commerce process is mandatory.

Job Summary The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or BPO.
- Mandatory experience in an International E-Commerce process.




- Experience in Voice, Chat, or Email Support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts within the business operating hours.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary Up to ₹45,000 per month (In-Hand) , based on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule

- 5-day work week.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Shift window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift).
