Job Location- Gurgaon

Designation- Customer Support Executive The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the scrap pickup journey.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

● Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

● Schedule and manage scrap pickup appointments.

● Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and recycling processes.

● Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

● Coordinate with Operations and Fleet for smooth pickup execution.

● Maintain customer records and interaction history in CRM systems.

● Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and service feedback.

● Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments in a timely manner.

● Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

● Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.

Required Qualifications





● Graduate in any discipline.

● 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.

● Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

● Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
