Customer Support Executive

We are an Australian-based eCommerce company looking for a Customer Support Executive to support our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and delivering high-quality customer service across email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets during night shift hours
- Provide accurate order status updates, shipping information, and resolution timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Assist with order changes, size updates, artwork clarifications, and payment confirmations
- Manage after-sales issues such as delivery delays, missing items, size concerns, or incorrect orders




- Maintain clear and accurate notes in the ticketing system
- Follow internal escalation processes for urgent or complex cases
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s skilled brand tone
