Process: Hotel Engine (MS) Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals with a hospitality customer support background to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to international clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in the Hospitality domain (Mandatory).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities Handle customer queries through voice support.

Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.

Assessment Versant: C1 US Voice Assessment
