Customer Success Associate International Voice Process

Location

Gurugram (Work From Office)

Salary

- CTC: Up to 34,000 per month
- In-Hand: Approx. 29,500 per month

Experience Required

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
- Mandatory experience in International Technical Support
- Upselling experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for international clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products/services through upselling.
- Maintain high-quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.




- Minimum 6 months of International Technical Support experience.
- Experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Upselling/customer persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- Undergraduate or Graduate from any recognized university.
