Logicwind Technologies is looking for a Client Support & Project Coordinator who will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their queries, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring timely updates and resolutions. This role does not require coding or technical development skills. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for clients using our software products.

Receive client queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or online meetings.

Understand client issues and clearly document the requirements.

Coordinate with the Development, QA, and Product teams for issue resolution.





Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Keep clients updated on the status of their requests.

Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.

Maintain records of client requests, discussions, and resolutions.

Build positive relationships with clients by providing prompt and professional support.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.

Good documentation and email writing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
