We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities: Call teachers, schools, and coaching institutes to explain Examin8 products and services. Convert leads into paid customers through effective communication. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Provide product demonstrations over phone or online meeting. Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support. Follow up with trial users and existing customers for renewals and upgrades. Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution when required. Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident and persuasive personality. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email). Ability to build relationships with customers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, EdTech, or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
