Job Summary The Customer Support Associate is responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Record customer interactions and update details in CRM or support systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Achieve performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
