Title : Customer Support Associate (Chat & Email Support)

Experience : Freshers/ Experienced

Education: Graduates and Non-Graduates are eligible.

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat and email while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via chat and email.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Typing speed of 25–30 WPM.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer shortcuts, and PC keyboard skills.




- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from the office/ Hybrid.
