Customer Success Executive

Full-Time

Experience: 1 year in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or SaaS

CTC: ₹3 LPA What You'll Be Doing:

✨ Guide customers through onboarding and product implementation

✨ Deliver product demos and training sessions

✨ Assist customers in launching successful email marketing campaigns

✨ Resolve customer queries via email, chat, and virtual meetings

✨ Build long-term customer relationships and drive product adoption

✨ Work closely with Product, Sales,



and Marketing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Is passionate about customer success and SaaS technology

✔ Enjoys problem-solving and learning new tools

✔ Can build relationships with confidence and professionalism
