Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) ? Experience:0–3 Years ? Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students by managing overall operations and conducting welcome calls, and engaging with customers to complete their registration journey.

Key Responsibilities Process applications accurately and on time.

Conduct welcome calls for newly registered students and guide them through the onboarding process.

Connect with students to collect required information

Follow up with students to complete pending registrations and documentation.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of student applications.

Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused support throughout the student journey.

Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups until completion.

Eligibility 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, BPO, EdTech, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar domains.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.

Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is preferred.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
