Dive into real-world customer interactions to uncover insights that drive business success—your keen observations will shape our approach to Customer Success!

Calibrate and fine-tune AI-driven analysis by listening to calls and identifying valuable patterns, helping ensure our clients receive the highest quality insights.

Partner with our Customer Success team to enhance the AI’s responses and provide a unique, human perspective that elevates our technology’s impact.

Utilize and expand your knowledge in prompt engineering, working directly with our generative AI tools to craft responses that capture context and improve overall accuracy.





Collaborate in a feedback-rich environment to make your mark on our analytics engine and deliver powerful, actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing call quality.

1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply)

Knowledge of prompt engineering, with an ability to adapt and refine AI-generated responses.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
