Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Dive into real-world customer interactions to uncover insights that drive business success—your keen observations will shape our approach to Customer Success!
- Calibrate and fine-tune AI-driven analysis by listening to calls and identifying valuable patterns, helping ensure our clients receive the highest quality insights.
- Partner with our Customer Success team to enhance the AI’s responses and provide a unique, human perspective that elevates our technology’s impact.
- Utilize and expand your knowledge in prompt engineering, working directly with our generative AI tools to craft responses that capture context and improve overall accuracy.




- Collaborate in a feedback-rich environment to make your mark on our analytics engine and deliver powerful, actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing call quality.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, with an ability to adapt and refine AI-generated responses.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
