Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries effectively. Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.





Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets. Work collaboratively with the team to meet business objectives. Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, International BPO, or US Collections.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in US Voice Process or Collections is preferred. Solid customer-handling and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
