Role Description Work closely with the Centralised Customer Success Team, doctors, and front desk team.

Build personalised and trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Assist clients with booking and coordinating follow-up appointments.





Support the team in managing emergency and urgent client cases with sensitivity and promptness.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients, clinicians, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate client records and basic reports using Microsoft Excel.

Deliver a premium, empathetic, and professional client experience. Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Empathetic, patient, and comfortable working in a mental healthcare environment.

Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or front-office operations will be preferred.

Location: Sukoon Health, Bangalore

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
