Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at Apnaaapan is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the representative will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing clear and timely information about services and resolving issues.

The representative will handle customer complaints, follow up on pending requests, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the customer journey. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Apnaaapan’s digital marketing offerings. The role also involves gathering customer feedback to support service improvements and contributing to a supportive, professional service culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
