We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Export (Air & Sea) to manage customer relationships and coordinate export shipments from booking through final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, air and sea export operations, export documentation, shipment tracking, and customer service. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for export customers handling Air and Sea shipments.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and CRM platforms.
- Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, deviations, and proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Keep customers informed about shipment progress and resolution timelines.

Export Shipment Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation teams, carriers, consolidators, and agents.
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of Air & Sea export shipments.
- Follow up with carriers, consolidators, and overseas agents for space availability and booking confirmations.
- Track shipments and proactively identify and resolve delays or status exceptions.
- Coordinate with carriers, port authorities, customs, and other partners to expedite shipment-related issues.

Export Documentation

- Review and verify export documents, including:
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Other relevant export documentation
- Coordinate with the Documentation team to ensure accurate and error-free submission.




- Ensure compliance with applicable export and customs requirements.

Sales & Finance Coordination

- Support the Sales team with customer queries, quotations, and shipment-related information.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor outstanding customer dues and escalate issues where required.

Reporting & System Management

- Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and service-related information in CRM and internal systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipment and customer service reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations, customer service, or freight forwarding.
- Hands-on experience handling Air & Sea Export shipments.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations and export documentation.
- Experience dealing with carriers, consolidators, agents, and freight forwarders.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and export compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer-service and relationship-management orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
