Role & responsibilities

- Client Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, group companies, addressing inquiries, order confirmation and service requests.

- Managing export orders in relevant ERP systems, aligning with customer demand and delivery schedules.

- Interacting with factories, third-party logistics, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Preparing and providing export documentation such as shipping bills, invoices, certificates of origin, and bills of landing.

- Coordinating with supply chain teams, product teams, and planners to align inventory and production with customer demand.

- Communicating clearly with customers on export shipment status and handling inquiries or issues promptly.

- Tracking shipments and ensuring adherence to export shipping timelines.

- Monitoring shipment costs and supporting transportation cost control measures.

- Maintaining MIS reports and documentation for all export transactions.





- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize inventory and demand planning.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

- Coordinate with the finance team to track payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage payments receivables.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

- Experience in export order management and documentation, ideally with exposure to demand planning.

- Experience with demand planning and inventory management in export contexts.

Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics documentation
