We're Hiring | Junior Customer Service Executive (Australian Process )
Location: Sec 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Shift: Australian Shift M-F (3:00 AM- 12 PM IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and text.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage customer reviews after successfully resolving issues.
- Handling post-sales services, direct client handling, and enhancing customer reviews.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage Australian clients.
- Experience in escalation handling and customer relationship management.
- Experience in a blended support setting is preferred.
