- Shipment Coordination: Manage air and ocean import/export lifecycles from origin to destination.
- Client Communication: Answer status queries and provide proactive tracking updates.
- Documentation: Process bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Issue Resolution: Handle delays, damages, or customs clearance bottlenecks.
Key Skills Required
- Computer Knowledge ( Basics Knowledge in MS EXCEL)
- Communication: Solid email and phone etiquette for global coordination.
- Multitasking
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
