Role:

- Handle Inbound customer Interactions
- Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
- Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
- Email Communication
- Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and valuable email handling etiquette
- Customer-oriented attitude
