Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely
- Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)
- Customer-first approach and professional behavior

Salary & Incentives

- Experienced Candidates Only: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
- ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus for full monthly presence
