TETR College of Business is growing its CRM team and hiring across levels — from Associate to Manager — for someone to own our journeys, campaigns, and data end-to-end. You'll bring the CRM engine to life: building and executing campaigns, owning segmentation and deliverability, and driving the strategy that turns prospects into enrolled students. Seniority depends on experience, but the mandate is the same — own it. What You'll Do:

- Own the end-to-end candidate journey, from enquiry to enrolment.
- Build and execute CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Create audience segments, automate journeys, and maintain data quality.
- Run A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversions.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/MarTech platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, LeadSquared, Gupshup).
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a high-ownership mindset. ? Location: Gurugram, India.
