Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Relationship Management Specialist – Real Estate to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Meet potential customers, understand their investment needs, and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to registration.
- Represent Cityplots at property expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
