Job Summary
Rocklight is looking for a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, order processing, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination from order confirmation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their queries.
- Create and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Track orders from confirmation to final delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
- Support sales activities and contribute ideas to increase business growth.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, orders, collections, and customer feedback.
Requirements *
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
