We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Management Specialist to manage client communication, CRM data, customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship support. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with sales, operations, delivery, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer, client, lead, and account information in the CRM system.

- Track client communication, follow-ups, meetings, opportunities, and service updates.

- Support customer relationship activities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate with sales, delivery, recruitment, and operations teams for client requirements.

- Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and customer activity summaries.

- Ensure CRM data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.

- Handle client queries, service updates, and basic escalation coordination.





- Identify gaps in customer engagement and support process improvements.

Required Skills

- Experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client coordination, or sales support.

- Good communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and data management.

- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, records, and follow-ups efficiently.
