Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Relationship Management Specialist – Real Estate to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.

Meet potential customers, understand their investment needs, and recommend suitable projects.

Conduct site visits and property presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to registration.

Represent Cityplots at property expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Positive understanding of the real estate market.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
