- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.
- Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract.
- Payment collections as per schedule.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs.
